Summer can mean hunger for the
1 in 5 Cincinnati children

who rely on food from their school.

Your gift matters enormously to a child like Sammy (a pseudonym),
who gets his breakfast and lunch at school. But summer means school's out, so children

like Sammy are more likely to go hungry. 

The need is enormous: last July our food pantry experienced a

20 percent rise in families needing help.
