We help caregivers like you navigate your caregiving journey. 

You are not alone. There are 63 million caregivers in the United States—about 24 percent of the US adult population. 

Every instance of caregiving is different. Often, caregiving can be hard work with long hours. 

We can help. We can, at no cost, support you with:

• one-on-one counseling (remote or in-person)
• consultations, referrals, and information about community resources
• assessment; in other words, help identifying the problem
• a caregiver support and resource group

For example, we often we help with:

• preventing caregiver stress and burnout
• learning how to navigate family dynamics
• improving care coordination
• finding care for your loved one so you can get a break
• supporting through grief and loss
• helping navigate health care decisions if you no longer live in Cincinnati but your loved one does
