Hi. My name is Alicia Reid and I’m the Director of StarPoint Home Care. Every day, people entrust us to care for their loved ones, and that is a responsibility I take very seriously. In my role, I am responsible for training and managing StarPoint’s full team of caregivers. But what really drives me are the personal connections I have with our seniors.
