Bigs & Littles promotes the healthy development of disadvantaged youth ages 9-12 by matching them one to-one with positive adult role models who guide them in developing social-emotional skills necessary to succeed in school and life.
You have what it takes to be a Big...
if you would enjoy:
• Supporting and encouraging a child
• Developing a one-to-one relationship with a child
• Helping a child develop new skills
• Having fun!
if you are:
• Responsible, reliable and committed
• Open-minded and caring
• A good listener
Volunteer to be a mentor to a 4th, 5th, or 6th grade student and join other Bigs in a group setting with Littles at their school where they can develop supportive friendships and interact in fun games and activities that build healthy communication and leadership skills.

90 minutes a week makes a Big difference.
We do the planning so you and your Little can enjoy your time spent together
