LifeLabs

WHAT IS LIFELABS?

LifeLabs offers educational discussions around specific topics people experience throughout the lifespan. They are designed to help you understand and navigate situations that can be difficult, complex, and emotionally challenging.

LIFELABS GROUPS ARE FREE TO ALL PARTICIPANTS

WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT?

LifeLabs groups are led by professionals who will help teach you new ways to approach the challenges you’re facing. You will also learn from the collective wisdom and experiences of others as they share their stories over multiple sessions. While sharing your story is often helpful to you and the rest of the group, no one is ever required to do so. LifeLabs discussions are confidential, and information about the participants stays within the group.
