Life lessons for life's challenges.
WHAT IS LIFELABS?
LifeLabs is a program that offers educational discussions around specific topics. They are designed to help people understand and navigate situations that are often difficult, complex and emotionally challenging. LifeLabs allows people in the Jewish community to connect with others in similar situations.
LIFELABS GROUPS ARE FREE TO ALL PARTICIPANTS
WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT?
Through expert speakers and facilitated discussion groups, LifeLabs will teach you new ways to think about and navigate the challenges you’re facing. You will learn from the collective wisdom and experiences of others as they share their stories over multiple sessions. While sharing your story is often helpful to you and the rest of the group, no one is ever required to do so. LifeLabs discussions are confidential and information about the participants stays within the group.
WHERE AND WHEN ARE LIFELABS GROUPS?
LifeLabs sessions are conducted throughout the Cincinnati area. We try to schedule LifeLabs at a time that is most convenient for the participants.
