ADHD Coaching
ADHD doesn’t just affect attention. It affects everyday life.
Our Youth Mental Health Program provides ADHD coaching for anyone with ADHD and parents raising a child with ADHD.
We help you achieve your goals.
Our goal is to support you, in all your individuality. Together, you and your coach find the strategies and systems that best fit your everyday life. Our goal is the same for parents. We want to help you support your child, and find strategies to help your child thrive. We teach you to work with your ADHD, not against it.
Coaching can help you with:
Time management:
You sit down to answer one email, look up, and it’s been two hours and you’re late for pickup. Sometimes it’s hard to know where the time went. That’s a skill we can build.
Accountability:
A lot of adults with ADHD do great when someone is checking in with them, and that’s okay. Coaching can provide that support.
Prioritization:
When everything on the list feels equally urgent, you might spend the afternoon reorganizing a drawer while the bill due tomorrow sits untouched.
Organization:
Your daughter did her homework, right? It’s just crumpled at the bottom of her backpack and never made it to the teacher.
Routine-building:
Missing shoes, skipped breakfast, everyone out the door frustrated; we’ll help with a concrete, simple morning routine.
Executive functioning skills:
Your son knows it’s his day to clean his bedroom, but he can’t figure out where to start, so he starts doing something else.
We get it. We can help.
How is ADHD coaching different from counseling?
Coaching and counseling can both help improve confidence and well-being, but they have different goals. Counseling (or therapy) focuses on emotional healing, improving mental health, and processing life experiences. ADHD coaching helps you develop practical skills to manage everyday life with ADHD.

A formal ADHD diagnosis is not required to get started with coaching. Fees are discussed during intake.
