Leave a Legacy
Please consider Jewish
Family Service as a vital part of your financial planning, including your
estate planning.
Effective August 17, 2006, a new tax provision lets anyone over the age of 70 1/2 make a tax-free donation directly to a public charity from their Individual Retirement Account (IRA). This may allow you to save money on taxes that may have incurred through required minimum distributions (RMDs). This tax provision will expire after the 2007 tax year. As with all estate planning, please consult with your accountant or financial planner.
